Duties
You will train, document and review requirements generation processes for all programs and installations across the region.
You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of programs in meeting established goals and objectives.
You will design and conduct the assessments of organizational performance by implementing and evaluating measures of performance.
You will ensure compliance with acquisition education and training requirements for staff certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce membership.
You will research, collect data, and conduct studies on utilization of training and education assets.
You will analyze acquisition training and-educational programs-offered within DON, other DoD components and-outside the Department of Defense to determine their applicability and utility for incorporation into Navy IPO programs.
You will provide technical, program and analytical expertise in the operation and management of the Navy Records and Information Management (RIM) Program and its component core programs.
You will assist with the review, study and analysis of existing manual and automated Navy recordkeeping systems and applies specialized knowledge to one or more component programs.
You will lead and coordinate the implementation of communication security programs across platforms and establishes training and awareness reporting criteria.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing guidance, training, and assistance on all agency records management functions; ensuring records are maintained, disposed of, protected, disseminated, and retrieved within established guidelines; providing assistance, evaluation and inspections for agency records management programs.
