You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the N1 ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION IF CMSA PAC, CAMP HM SMITH HAWAII of CRUISE MISSILE SUPPORT ACTIVITY PACIFIC.
Duties
You will provide all personnel functions to include but not limited to: correspondence, personnel fitness reports and all performance evaluations, awards, directives management, personnel transfer and receipts packages, command pay/personnel
You will administer civilian personnel assigned per procedures established by COMUSFLTFORMCOM.
You will provide overall management of the Defense Travel System for the staff and Government Travel Card Program.
You will oversee, administer and maintain all requirements to accomplish assigned missions, functions, and tasks.
You will manage CMSA PAC anti-terrorisms and force protection security policies, programs, and training
You will coordinate , develop, revise, issue, and maintain functional or support memoranda of agreement and understanding with host organizations per applicable DoD and COMUSFLTFORCOM directives and instructions.
Requirements

- You will be required to possess and maintain an final Top Secret/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
To qualify for ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER GS-0341-13 position your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying management theory, principles, and techniques relating to human resources, financial management, interpersonal communication, and their interrelationships in order to devise and carry out plans for development, expansion, and enhancement of management operations within the CMSA PAC and US Fleet Forces Command and Department of Navy.
Experience enforcing management and administrative policies to support mission related activities that elicits cooperation, acceptance of recommendations, interpretations and program advocacy by senior management.
Experience managing, motivating, and achieving results through subordinate staff as well as effectively interacting with a wide spectrum of administrators and management officials.
Experience utilizing functions, processes, and principles of cruise missile mission planning and mission distribution systems to determine financial impact, human resource mix and staffing patterns, field organizational structure, information management, conflicts between technical requirements and administrative limitations, and related logistical requirements to attain the broad operating program objectives.
Experience implementing analytical and evaluative techniques, knowledge of planning, programming, project proposal development, budgeting, personnel, space and facilities management, and safety management in order to prepare long-and short-range operational management projections and guidance for CMSA PAC.
