This role will support the Louisiana Recovery Office in Region Six. This role supports multiple active disasters by applying evaluation skills and techniques utilizing analytical tools as it relates to database management systems and data warehousing which is vital to the overall disaster operations. Additionally, this role communicates and coordinates with staff from Public Assistance (PA) and the Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) to achieve program and fiscal year goals.

In this Data Analyst position, you will utilize various systems (Data Warehouse, Grants Manager, and EMMIE) to analyze Public Assistance Program (PA) project cost data and coordinate with various PA and Office of Chief Financial Officer Staff. To qualify for this Data Analyst position at the IC-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Providing analytical consultation or technical advice related to data driven solutions to stakeholders; Analyzing business management documents, such as spend plans, budgets, etc Developing detailed reports, documentation or correspondence by utilizing multiple databases.
