Duties
-Directs maintenance and support activities performed by the respective crew assigned to the power plant within the Wyoming Area Office (WYAO).
-Develops preventative maintenance procedures that comply with Reclamation Facility Instructions, Standards and Techniques; prepares job hazard analyses that comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards.
-Develops and sustains cooperative working relationships. Coordinates with others to schedule work assigned their section.
-Uses computerized preventative maintenance management programs to review, analyze, prioritizes, and document maintenance activities.
-Works alone or jointly with various personnel installing electrical, both electro-mechanical and solid state, equipment and devices in high voltage substations and/or electric generating stations.
-Operates high-voltage switches and related devices in connection with this work and in implementing the safe clearance procedures.
