Duties

You will perform research in drawings, specifications, and environmental documentation and prepares report of findings. You will assemble and organize operation and maintenance manuals and other submittals for compilation into Operation and Maintenance support Information {OMSI) to be provided to facility end users. You will review contractor submittal logs against contract specifications for completeness. You will review contractor submittals for accuracy, completeness, and correctness. You will provide assistance to engineers and senior engineering technicians on technical problems requiring engineering research and investigation.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This is a bargaining unit position.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience. General experience must demonstrate the following: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates your ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
