You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Planning and Operations Division of the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will manage programs and foster an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission.
You will determine objectives, set priorities, and ensure sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served.
You will develop and present findings, reports or recommendations to analysts, employees, managers inside or outside of the organization, agency heads or other high-ranking officials.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Demonstrates skill in using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet. 2. Manages programs and fosters an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. 3. Monitors progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. 5. Determines objectives, sets priorities, and ensures sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served. 6. Complies with established control systems and rules. 7. Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions; makes timely/effective recommendations, based on potential implications of findings or conclusions. 8. Critically evaluates to identify the causes of problems and chooses courses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders. 9. Apply quantitative and qualitative methods, measurement, fact finding, and investigative techniques to provide line managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency assignments. 10. Develop and present findings, reports or recommendations to analysts, employees, managers inside or outside of the organization, agency heads or other high-ranking officials. Findings, reports, and recommendations support management decision-making.

Education
GS-07: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement
GS-09: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
