You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Marine Force Storage Command of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
Duties
You will execute logistics automation projects from initiation to sustainment to achieve established requirements that meet specified business missions.
You will develop short and long-range goals and objectives using organizational plans, programs and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes.
You will manage the acquisition of automation logistics automation systems and assets for the Command.
You will analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of programs and develop new or modified work techniques for process improvement.
You will recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results and make solution recommendations.
You will serve as the Responsible Officer for the Consolidated Memorandum Receipt for logistics automation/IT equipment.
You will forecast resource requirements necessary to sustain logistics automation equipment.
You will develop training material for users of new or enhanced logistics automated systems.
Requirements

- You will be recalled to duty as a regular requirement of this position.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identifying, developing and implementing solutions for optimizing logistics automation applications and systems, developing short and long-term goals and objectives, analyzing program and process effectiveness and modifying new techniques for process improvement.
