Duties
You will serve as Program Manager for the SWFPAC Accountability Program and is the Accountability Officer for all West Coast SSBN's and SWFPAC strategic assets
You will execute timely accountable and custodial asset exchange to meet national security needs and programmatic requirements.
You will verify the accuracy of all control credit and debit posting input (by military/civilian/ contractor) to accountable records.
You will accurately record property transactions, maintaining current records pertaining to the Stock Record Account, and reconciles semi-annual inventories with accountable records and stockpile emergency verification.
You will create training and provides oversight on local policy and procedures to SSBN property custodians, contractors, SWFPAC accountability, courier, and production personnel.
You will implement and executes Informational Security directives when performing responsibilities.
You will report any losses, damages or other irregularities to the appointing commander.
You will coordinate SWFPAC and Fleet personnel (i.e. military, civilian and contractor) to accomplish accountability and custodial functional and reporting requirements.
You will sign all accountable documents, which is evidence of property receipts or verifies correctness of supply and/or shipping documents and issues or turns-in documents.
You will communicate on a regular basis with SSP Headquarters, SWFPAC Leadership, SWFLANT, SSBN(s), DTRA etc. to ensure continuity in programmatic
development, administration, documentation, management and review are consistent.
You will provide high level program status briefs to SSP Headquarters, SWFPAC COC and Military/Civilian Commands.
You will monitor and track the condition of all strategic assets and strategic asset related material for environmental, operational, status and defect conditions.
You will provide oversight and assistance to the contractor for strategic asset and strategic asset related material production operations.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to qualify for inclusion into the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP).
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NH-02/GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing program analysis on Department of Navy (DON) weapons documentation.
