You will serve as a GG-13 Senior Cyber Operations Analyst performing intelligence analysis and providing assistance in overseeing analysis in support of cyberspace operations. You will conduct research and analysis on signals intelligence (SIGINT) data and perform duties related to SIGINT development. This position is located at NIOC/CNO ACTIVITY in Pensacola, Florida.
Duties
You will perform duties related to signals intelligence (SIGINT) development using digital network intelligence, researching vulnerabilities and exploits utilized in traffic, and preparing intelligence assessments and briefings.
You will utilize selective intelligence collection methods and systems, their capabilities and limitations, and appropriate tasking methods.
You will provide technical information collected from a variety of open source, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and computer network defense resources.
You will develop products containing information related to indications and warning of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, incident response, and cyber threat analysis in accordance with governing policies and procedures.
You will interpret, evaluate, and integrate intelligence information from all sources.
You will apply terminologies, methodologies, research, and analytical techniques to perform difficult and complex work assignments.
You will prepare and present briefings to leadership and participate in meetings and conferences.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position; must meet qualification requirements of the specialty area assigned as delineated in Appendix 4 of SECNAV M-5239.2. See Additional Information Section.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Conduct research and analysis on signals intelligence (SIGINT) data pertaining to various communications and electronics systems;
2. Perform duties related to signals intelligence (SIGINT) development using digital network intelligence and researching vulnerabilities and exploits;
3. Prepare signals intelligence (SIGINT) assessments and briefings to facilitate decision making;
4. Provide technical information collected from a variety of signals intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities to support operational requirements.
