As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.Serves as the Team Manager of the Business Operations Support Team.

Duties

Integrates work of various Service Units to meet the organization's strategic goals, participates in strategic planning for the FAA, and makes commitments for ATO.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
• This position may be extended, terminated or made permanent without further competition.
• A one-year supervisory/managerial probationary period may be required.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-K level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J/FG-14. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience: Must have experience in one or more of the following organizations: Technical Operations, Air Traffic Services, or Service Center functions and responsibilities related to Air Traffic Organizations.Must have experience in project management skills and contract administration, preparing and reviewing statements of work, budget/invoices and other technical documents.Must have experience in one or more of the following: procurement services, purchase card program, preparing and reviewing purchase requests, property lease, office space management, personal property inventory, and disposition of excess personal property.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
