About the Position: Serves as the PCF and USAG 24-hour Information, Knowledge and Support staff duty desk officer in support of assigned personnel and their families both CONUS and OCONUS.

Duties

Serves as the PCF and USAG 24-hour Information, knowledge, and support staff duty desk officer in support of assigned personnel. Contacts, coordinates, and provides daily and weekly liaison with, and escorts Soldiers to, the appropriate agencies as necessary to facilitate said in-and-out processing. Directs the work of 15 to 30 returnees, weekly, in conducting various tasks around the installation and within the PCF area of operation; and logs details requested and provided outside of the PCF. Escort Security Officers will always maintain positive control of returnees and Soldiers, transport personnel to all appointments as required, and provide transport and secure food from the dining facility for each meal. Enter and retrieve data from various automated equipment using various software programs.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid State and Government Driver’s License.
  • Position requires TDY, 30% of the time.
  • Must wear uniform.
  • This position requires rotating shift.
