About the Position: This is a permanent position with Army Clinic Moncrief.
Moncrief Army Health Clinic is located on Fort Jackson, South Carolina and is part of the 82 square mile military installation located adjacent to the state capital of Columbia.
Duties
Diligently oversees the Data Quality Management Control Program.
Lending support to various other initiatives aimed at enhancing data integrity and reliability across the organization.
Evaluates, verifies and correlates data across a variety of reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the organization's data keeping records.
Provide statistical data for briefings, publication, and reports contributing to informed decision-making and effective communication within the organization.
Analyzing activities related to the input, processing, and output of data across diverse computer programs.
Serves in a clerical capacity, managing timekeeping and attendance reporting efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. TIer 1 Investigation is required.
- Employees assigned to a medical treatment facility are required to be screened for applicable immunizations or pre-existing immunity based on occupational risk, regardless of job series and is subject to any required immunizations/testing.
- This position requires Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel approximately 5% of the time away from your permanent duty station.

Experience Required: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) documenting data quality issues and resolutions for future reference, 2) providing support in data quality improvement projects such as studies and audits to resolve data quality issues and concerns, 3) meticulously maintain files, checklist, and other data quality reports, ensuring they are easily accessible in both hard copy and electronic forms for timely reference and analysis.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/position in the federal service (GS-07).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
