Duties

Operates and cleans kitchen equipment, separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses and silverware. Loads and operates dishwasher, washes tables, cleans carpets, sorts and cuts fresh fruits and vegetables. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and/or complete food handlers training.

Qualifying Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older. No previous experience is required, ability to read and understand written material and simple instructions. Must be able to follow simple oral instructions, be able to use hand tools for cleaning, and operate simple machines. Must be skilled in doing tasks with several steps and use judgment in sequencing of tasks.
