About the Position: The Incumbent will serve as Chief, Business Management Branch and as the principle business advisor and Business Manager providing guidance to the Chief, in the planning, supervision, management, direction and review of all policies, programs and operations involving the business management functions of the Division.

Duties

Initiate and monitor special studies to include analysis of workload, personnel utilization, and administrative facilities. Collaborate with subordinate offices to develop realistic and synchronized workforce plans and budgets. Lead and manage a diverse group of personnel, providing the most effective and efficient business management services to the Division. Provides timely, authoritative, and sound advice to supervisors and operating officials relative to the program. Develops annual staffing plan and for the Division and makes recommendations including the use of contract management services where feasible in order to accomplish work.
