Serves as Director, Office of Financial Management and Program Oversight (OFPO) on the staff of the Region IV office with directing program development, program management and oversight, and administration activities relating to grantee performance and the monitoring of contractors assigned to the performance of available oversight audits and reviews.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience in managing the Oversight Review programs and implementing complex policies and procedures.
Experience in directing staff, providing direction to contractors, and evaluating their performance.
Experience in preparing and deliver briefings, memos, presentations, and other written materials to internal and external audiences on complex issues relating and provide expert opinion and recommendations to management.
You cannot qualify on education at the GS-14 level; you must have experience.
