About the Position: Serve as Administrative Officer/Civilian Personnel Officer for the 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). You will be coordinating and integrating the diverse aspects of civilian personnel management and administration into management of the total workforce involving a wide variety of position.
Duties
Monitors the Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program, (DPMAP), ensuring management is assisted and understands the procedural and preparatory requirements.
Comprehensive recruitment and placement to advise and assist management in accomplishing their personnel management responsibilities.
Provides staff assistance to managers and staff members on policies, standards, and procedures.
Serves as the liaison with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) for the non-acquisition personnel and with Army Acquisition Workforce (AAW CPAC).
Operates the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) to support civilian administrative actions.
Requirements

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes; 1) Advising management on civilian personnel matters to include recruitments, resignations, performance appraisals, classification standards, and awards; 2) Prepare a variety of reports by compiling data as to present conclusions and recommendations for use by the staff; 3) Maintain and track all requests for personnel actions (RPAs) on civilian personnel and provide management with status reports; 4) Reviews data entry in Automated Time, Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
