Duties

Perform recurring maintenance duties to buildings and related structures. Work independently to the Journeyman's level on complex repairs up to and including construction, alteration, installation, repair and modification to structures such as framework, rafters, concrete forms, wall, doors, windows, paneling, interior and exterior trim as well as other related work where accuracy, fit, structural soundness, and appearance are essential and up to local and national building standards. The work includes carpentry, roofing, painting and masonry related tasks. Also requires performing cleanup of worksite at completion of all jobs, projects, repairs, and shop work along with following all safety standards set by the park and your supervisor. Will require operation of various vehicles up to 1 ton and electric vehicles to and from different work locations.

Perform carpentry (construction, rehabilitation, installation, and assemble) work using advanced shop mathematics and by reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building codes. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. You must meet level 2 on the screen out factor/element and an average of level 2 on all factors/elements.
