You will serve as a PODUCTION CONTROLLER in the S-4 INSTALLATION & LOGISTICS DEPT of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR.
Duties
You will determine the severity of service calls.
You will track work assignment, work start dates, work status, and work completion for both in-house work and service support work.
You will serve as liaison with Financial Management, contracting office Navfac-sw and various contractors provided facilities maintenance and repair functions.
You will prepare list of equipment scheduled for preventative maintenance checks and services, safety inspections, certification inspections, and other recurring checks and services such as emissions tests and weight handling equipment load tests.
You will assign and change work order status and categorize by work type.
You will prepare scheduled and on demand reports to provide data and information related to the execution of the overall maintenance effort to include work status, costs, productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: scheduling, work flow, work input, work progress, and work identification; skills and experience in operating computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc; Ability to input data into and transfer data between different applications; Ability to communicate clearly.
