You will serve as a Housing Management Specialist of NSA WASHINGTON.
Duties
You will analyze statistical data regarding past and current operations for use in developing housing policies.
You will administer housing and lodging procedures to ensure assignment, occupancy, and termination actions comply with established policies.
You will negotiate with management and tenants on complex housing program matters and problems.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing and coordinating Housing Program policy, program development, and financial management, including resource planning and development of management processes and program support; Reviewing detailed cost estimates and/or proposal submitted by privatized partners for construction, alteration, and improvement of housing facilities and related assets; Approves and/or modifies proposals or justification and submits completed funding requests to appropriate officials; prepares correspondence, technical reports, status reports, schedules and other documentation pertaining to agency housing management programs and activities.
