About the Position: You will serve as the Programs and Project Management Division's Work For Others and Supplemental Program Manager over the Civil Water Work for Others and Supplemental Programs.

Duties
Ensure the workforce develops realistic work schedules to meet deadlines and standards for acceptable work.
Provide project status briefs to management on a recurring basis.
Prepare and present briefings at meetings to relay the program/project progress, initiatives, and goals.
Isolate and analyze findings from reports and develop recommendations to improve data.
Prepare fact sheets, justification sheets, or other analytical material for use by organization leaders in briefing higher echelons with the organization.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Business Travel / TDY may be up to 25%.
- This is not a full-time, remote position. The duty station is Memphis, TN. There may be an opportunity to telework a portion of the work week.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Analyzing data to provide strategic direction to peers throughout your district and upper management; (2) Providing technical guidance to peers throughout your district on program or project status; (3) Developing strategic plans for program or project execution which are documented formally for district use; and 4) analyzing risk assessments for program or project work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
