This position is primarily concerned with a wide variety of assignments that deal with planning, analyzing and/or evaluating the effectiveness of line or operating programs. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized self-starter with strong analytic, communication and leadership skills as well as expertise in advising senior leadership and coordinating organizational planning and performance management processes aligned to agency priorities.

Qualifications

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for this position at the GS-15 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Collaborating with and motivating teams, experience supervising, AND Providing strategic and consultative advice to senior leadership related to assigned program area; AND Monitoring and evaluating organizational effectiveness, efficiency and synthesizing data from multiple sources into organized consolidated reports.
