You will serve as a LEAD PROGRAM ANALYST in the Director of Corporate Operations Division of AEGIS TECHREP.
Duties
You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program requirements throughout program lifecycle.
You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
You will monitor and influence cost parameters or work, tasks, and projects.
You will represent AEGIS Technical Representative at meetings with others from Headquarters and the field activities to introduce and/or defend matters critical to the business operations and productivity of the command.
You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programming, budgeting and procurement based on findings from key program specialists and analyst.
You will direct and evaluate complex studies and develop new methods and procedures to measure program results, and effectiveness.
You will demonstrate skill in a wide variety of fact-finding techniques, including work distribution, workflow charting, task analysis, time and motion studies, statistical work measurement studies, statistical analysis, and systems analysis.
You will assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.
You will formulate organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plans to acquire and allocate resources.
You will present organizational briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies.
You will manage large contracts, author contract modifications and place funds on contracts.
You will prepare contractor performance reports and executive level briefings.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and defining contractual compliance by analyzing effectiveness of program requirements to influence high-level policy implementation.
