About the Position: Ice Harbor Project is a multi-purpose hydropower project, with missions that include operation and maintenance of the facility for flood control, hydroelectric power generation with six main generating units, navigation locks, fish facility with two fish ladders, recreation and natural resources management. Pasco, WA is located in southeastern Washington. It is part of what is known as the Tri-Cities, consisting of Richland, Kennewick and Pasco.

Duties

Oversee the projects personal and real property inventories. Process requisitions for ordering supplies, materials, spare parts and services including research for unusual, hard to find and urgent items. Ensure requisitions contain proper justification, authorization and funding source. Ensure mandatory government sources are used to obtain materials and services. Assist in developing and implementing local procedures for ordering with government purchase cards. Process receipt of procured items, verifying quantity and quality of received items. Prepare monthly accruals and monitor outstanding purchase obligations and commitments to ensure that excess amounts are reduced. Conduct annual personal property inventories. Usage of multiple software programs.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state issued drivers license.
