This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Title 5), Position Description Number T5807200 and is part of the G4 located in Draper UT, with the Utah Army National Guard.
IAW UTNGR 690-12 dated AUG 2022 and LIUNA-UTARNG CBA dated 11 OCT 2022, Priority will be given to all current, onboard employees of the UTARNG.

As a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Title 5), GS-0346-12, you will:
Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
Specialized Experience:
Have at least 12 Months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-0346-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? (Must submit SF 50 to validate claims)
OR have 36 Months experience that demonstrates the following specialized experience:
(1) Provide supervision for Plans and Policy, Defense Movement, Installation Transportation Office, Transportation Financial Management, Container Management and Services Support.
(2) Knowledge of a broad range of transportation operations including planning and executing rail movements, air movement operations, vessel movement planning, large scale unit movements, and Unit Movement training.
(3) Extensive experience in transportation and deployment operations, analyze independently and resolve difficult issues and problems, to include deployment processes, work methods, transportation data management and operational procedures.
(4) Evaluates transportation data and requirements from JFHQ staff, units, USPFO, NGB, FORSCOM, and other organizations to direct development and implementation of movement plans, policies, operations and other actions to support federal and state missions.
