About the Position: Serve as a Contact Representative, located at Womack Army Medical Center with the Directorate of RM Managed Care. Serve as the beneficiary advocate and problem solver, providing dedicated service to all medical health service beneficiaries.

Duties

Counsel patients regarding TRICARE Benefits and Eligibility. Provide Claims processing, enrollment, Other Health Insurance Coordination and Access concerns. Work with Managed Care Support contractors, Service Leads, MEDICARE and MEDICAID Services and VA. Advise on processing procedures and appeal rights. Analyze, research and resolve TRICARE inquiries. Practical understanding of TRICARE contract language, Regional Healthcare issues and other Federal health Benefits programs.
