Duties
Coordinate/build presentations for US Army Recruiting Command.
Conduct research and analysis of the recruiting environment in support of the recruiting mission.
Serve as command expert and advisor.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Basic security clearance throughout the duration of employment.
- Temporary Duty (TDY), approximately 10% of the time.
- One year probationary Period may be required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes work that involves design presentations using visual information software and automated design systems. Confer with others in the organization to assist them with all aspects of building presentations. Use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop Suites to create graphics and animations used in presentations. Have a working knowledge of policies and procedures related to release of information to ensure presentations are properly classified. Have an in depth knowledge of policies and procedures related to format, content and style of public presentations.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. To qualify with education:
PH.D or equivalent doctoral degree (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts).

(3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or completion of all requirements for an LL.B or J.D. degree from an accredited college or university that directly applies to the work being performed (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts).
