The Management Coordinator serves as an Executive Assistant within the Air Traffic Organization, (ATO) Air Traffic Services, (ATS) providing support to the Vice President of Air Traffic Services (AJT). Performs a multiple and varying assignments to assist high-level management in day-to-day operations. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assigned administrative tasks, which contributes to organizational activities.
Duties
Provides assistance and support to the Vice President in the implementation of ATO Air Traffic Services wide operating strategies and innovative approaches to administrative challenges. Ensures new or improved policy and administrative processes are distributed throughout the Air Traffic Services organization. Tracks and analyzes administrative data and processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, includes those related to cost savings. Makes recommendations for improvements to administrative systems and processes.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
