You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
Duties
You will manage budget and staff needs to carry out mandatory supply program assignments.
You will manage and administer work assignments, transportation, contracts and procurement of supplies, equipment and services.
You will prepare budget plans for a supply program to ensure expenditures of funds are within authorized amount.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determining current and future supply requirements to meet customer needs for items of high monetary value and high criticality to readiness; 2) Providing advice and guidance to lower level employees on policy issuers for proposing plans and determining current and future supply requirements to meet customer needs; 3) Performing acquisition functions as approving official for selected contracts; and 4) Certifying online invoices for the purchase card program and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
