You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS LINE of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will be responsible for the management and oversight required to maintain the accuracy and integrity of management information systems' data.
You will make analyses of financial and management reports using data from facilities information system, total workforce management system, business information management system, standard labor data collection and distribution application.
You will analyze financial or budget information to determine program effectiveness.
You will formulate statistical reports from analyzed data for managers.
You will develop reports or metrics to support the management of a project or program.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Designing, developing, and interpreting reports of operations data to assist management in making effective programmatic decisions; 2) Manipulating data from various information reporting systems (e.g. Automated Budgeting System (ABS), Facilities Information System (FIS), electronic Resource Allocation Plan System (eRAPS), Maximo, SLDCADA, TWMS, etc.); 3) Utilizing knowledge of statistical analysis for purposes of determining statistical parameters and interpreting data findings; and 4) Applying rate formulation, execution tracking, and budget adjustment skills to regulate financial management.
