About the Position: This position serves as a creative services manager to plan work projects, advise on best method of presentation, and recommend techniques and media for effective portrayal in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) mission.

Duties

Prepare and maintain a variety of related reports, statistics, and correspondence to meet mandatory public affairs requirements for posting products to digital videos (DVIDS), social media and the organization's website. Plan and conduct extensive project or program research to understand the best visual method to convey information for an intended internal or external audience. Compose visual materials to illustrate specific points for and modifies existing visual materials to emphasize specific information. Advise technical program experts and department project managers on the most effective way to accomplish graphic design objectives, improve visual effects, and ensure compatibility of graphics with standard computerized layouts. Research source material, such as technical publications, to determine sizes, configurations, and uses of equipment/material.
