About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moody AFB Lodging. Guaranteed 20 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Member will oversee operations of maintenance, supply, and housekeeping. This position is considered Regular Part-time. Must be able to work a regular or rotating schedule this may include evenings or nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties
The purpose of this position is to oversee the operations of maintenance, supply, and housekeeping or oversee the operations of maintenance and supply depending on size/structure of the lodging operation. Writes, coordinates, and submits work request and track work orders to completion. Ensure safety inspections are current, to include facility, fire extinguisher, preventative maintenance, OSHA, and other inspections are maintained and documented. Documents and fosters proper maintenance and warehouse practices. Ensure routine inspections and minor maintenance are performed on lodging vehicles. Assigns, directs, and review the work of subordinates, and evaluate the work performance, approving or disapproving leave. Plans, schedules, and coordinate work operations, determining equipment and supplies needed. Provides initial and recurring training for all employees. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience:
Progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian lodging program, which provided knowledge of supervising other personnel. Familiarity with supply and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license. Experience which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, and efficiently both orally and in writing and the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks.
