You will serve as a PORT SERVICES ANALYST in the Port Operations Department of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and display strong analytical and statistical techniques.
You will integrate with Region Information Technology to support basic computer needs, systems access requests, restricted area badging.
You will have experience working with Human Resources, onboarding new employees, providing assistance/link with Region Human Resources for employee needs, and assist employees with completing various HR forms.
You will be able to engage with and support various supervisors within the department.
You will track training compliance, medical surveillance compliance, and safety compliance/reporting.
You will excel in a task-oriented environment and perform timely completion of short notice tasks.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform proper procedures in the event of an emergency on small boats, crafts, ships, etc.; 2) Create financial reports using data from credit card purchases or other financial documents; 3) Manage port operations and functions (e.g., tug operations, small boat, pilot or service craft operations, etc.) to assist with berthing operations; and 4) Administers the storefront budget, monitors spending obligations and expenditures.
