You will serve as a DIRECTOR OF STEM ACTIVITIES (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) in the OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND INNOVATION of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will input data into database for students in courses.
You will facilitate training sessions with confidence and engagement.
You will resolve problems related to education rules and procedures.
You will plan, implement, and maintain programs to ensure effective course management is accomplished.
You will use office automation software to prepare training materials (e.g., handouts, visual aids) for use in training courses.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Prepare papers, reports, briefings and documents for all levels of management in support of complex programs; 2) Develop methods and processes to assess and measure effectiveness of policies and programs; 3) Collect, analyze and assess data and summarize the result; and 4) Prepare plans, budgets, programs and assessments for complex programs.
