You will serve as a Regional Inventory Accuracy systems analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.
Duties
You will evaluate reporting policy, practices, processes, procedures, and systems associated with accountability and reporting to provide a comprehensive approach to improving inventory accuracy.
You will Perform systems analysis of complex programs and major problems associated with supply and inventory management systems.
You will maintain inventory accuracy objectives and identifies and resolves program problems.
You will participate in operational reviews and provide technical guidance in supporting areas of expertise such as failed IDOCs, open SIT, CT, CAV, URBs, or inventory disconnects.
You will review and analyze performance reports from outside entities.
You will conduct independent analysis to evaluate effectiveness of inventory programs, policies, methods, and procedures.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of Supply Systems Analyst experience at the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying extensive knowledge of specialized methods and techniques to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of one or more areas of supply and financial operations or management programs and knowledge of a broad range of supply and financial program relationships. Specialized experience must include most or all of the following: 1)An understanding of the importance of supply, inventory, and financial compliancy for viable auditability; 2) Expert knowledge and the ability to detect and correct error situations within ERP, such as failed IDOCs, open SIT, CAV and URB discrepancies; 3)Ability to identify and react to related supply, inventory, and financial implications; 4) Evaluating reporting policy, practices, processes, procedures, and systems associated with accountability and reporting to provide a comprehensive approach to improving inventory accuracy; 5) Performing systems analysis of complex programs and major problems associated with supply and inventory management systems; and 6) Maintaining inventory accuracy objectives and identifying and resolving program problems.
