This position is located at the Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, MT within the Medical Staff Division. The incumbent reports to the Clinical Director or designee.
A housing subsidy of up to $790.62 per pay period without dependents or $966.46 per pay period with dependents may be available.
Duties
Responsible for management discussions, decisions, and policy making and sharing accordingly in management actions.
Conducts periodic meetings with supervised staff to explain work requirements, communicate organizational goals.
Maintain records and provide reports as required for program operations, quality assurance and other purposes.
Advises Clinical Director and CEO on challenges affecting various departments and recommend corrective actions.
Formulates and issue instructions and guidance for non-routine or complex assignments, new or updated processes, personnel assignments, and other operating matters.

In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below-
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GS-15: 5 years of graduate/residency training in the specialty of the position to be filled or equivalent experience and training.
AND
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications you must meet the selective placement factor for this position. You must meet the eligibility to achieve board certification in specialty recognized by the ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) OR AOA (American Osteopathic Association) within six months of employment OR currently possess required certification and have submitted documents with my application to support achieved certification(s).
Time In Grade (Merit Promotion Candidates Only)
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).
