Duties

You will unload incoming shipments using hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts. You will prepare and package material for shipment by selecting containers, cushioning, labeling, banding, sealing, weighing, and securing for the mode of transportation and destination of items You will analyze trends and maintain high and low inventories of material for truck stocking or pre-expended bins You will label and identify shelves, drawers and bins for ease of location and identification of material stored.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license

• You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Fork-Lift operating license
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience of the following: 1) Storing and issuing products and supplies; 2) Using automated systems to enter and extract data; 3) Performing inventories of materials/supplies; and 4) Completing forms relating to quantity and stock description of materials.
