As a Technical Support Manager, you will provide overall management and line control for the Southern Service Center Operations Division (SSCOD) technical and professional project management staff and will collaborate with senior regional staff on project management strategy, operations and program direction.
Location: GSA, PBS, Southern Service Center Operations Division, Project Management Branch.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
This position is located in the PBS, Southern Service Center Operations Division. This division is responsible for all aspects of facility operations, including operating, maintaining, and sustaining high quality work environments.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $122,198 per year. To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is leading people in diverse occupations (professional, technical, administrative and trades) in the overall administration and management of repair, renovations, and/or whole commercial office building modernization construction projects. Such experience must include managing the entire project life cycle; i.e., project planning, construction scheduling, construction logistics, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, utilization of resource allocation models to develop cost and personnel budgets, conducting contract negotiations, contract administration and close-out.
