Duties

You will use data to assist in institutional planning which may include operational, budgetary, and strategic planning in which institutional research collaborates with other units. You will oversee all institutional data collection and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and adhere to ethical practices and relevant regulations. You will prepare timely and accurate reports for external data requests, including internal ad hoc data requests effectively. You will support the development of reports, including key performance indicators and other metrics to enable informed decision-making by college leadership.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience oversee data collection and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and adhere to ethical practices and regulations -Experience prepare timely and accurate reports for external data request -Experience assist in the creation of visually engaging and insightful interactive dashboards using data analytics software such as (SalesForce, Tableau, etc). Education

Degree: in operations research; or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus.
