This National Guard position is for a IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC), Position Description Number T5710200 and is part of G6, NJARNG. The primary purpose of this position is to provide expertise in cybersecurity policy and process development; conducting audits to validate compliance; responsible for the risk management framework and ensures systems are operated and maintained IAW AR 25-2 and all applicable command, DA, JS and DOD security directives and procedures.

General Experience: Must have the following general experience in the following: Processing data functions Understanding stages required to automate a work process Working as a computer operator, computer assistant, or program analyst Specialized Experience: Do you have 36 months GS-12 specialized experience in the following: Using techniques and requirements that are appropriate to an assigned computer applications Planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment Using guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment Preparing documentation on cost and benefit studies OR Do you have A Ph.D. or equivalent, or 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education as advertised on this announcement?
