Duties
Conducts comprehensive reviews and provides advisory services regarding Order Fulfillment functional process.
Identifies functional process issues and develops proposals for new/revised process structures to improve performance effectiveness.
Designs and/or leads comprehensive surveys and studies involving long-range plans and enterprise programs.
Conducts independent analysis and investigation of specific Order Fulfillment process issues.
Develops new or innovative approaches to evaluate the process and explore logistics solutions.
Studies current and proposed policies and assesses impact on processes, procedures, systems, and data.
Reviews policy issues with critical enterprise-wide impact.
Analyzes, develops, and evaluates complex functional system requirements for the Order Fulfillment functional area.
Identifies the required system changes resulting from new processes, procedures, or policy requirements in the Order Fulfillment process area.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Assisting with policy analysis
Assisting functional systems analysis
Monitoring and reviewing the Order Fulfillment Process Performance
Implementing process-specific improvements
