This position will be assigned to the Ben's Den at the Yukon Club. Come help in the success of private parties, squadron functions and special membership affairs at the Yukon Club Bar. Work schedule subject but not limited to: Thursday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:30pm OR 3:00pm - 1:00am Holidays and Special Events as needed. Duties

Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Must meet state and legal age requirements for sale of alcoholic beverages.
• This position has physical lifting requirements which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical.
• This position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
