About this position: Serves as the Support Services Specialist for the Support Services Division, Business Operations Directorate with responsibility for Automated Time and Attendance System (ATAAPS), awards program, and administrative, technical, and clerical support functions including, but not limited to, onboarding, out-processing, mandatory training, and the Risk Management Internal Control Program (RMICP).

Duties

Initiates and coordinates personnel actions to include onboarding/off boarding, employee orientation, payroll assistance, and/or volunteer program matters. Serves as the time and attendance primary point of contact for the organization, utilizing the ATAAPS system. Serves as the primary point of contact for receipt and processing of all civilian awards packets. Advise staff on applicable laws, regulations, and policies to accomplish administrative tasks. Administers and manages the mandatory training program for ACCMA by disseminating training notifications, tracking progress towards suspense dates, and resolving account issues. Assists ACCMA employees and supervisors in preparing the documents for LWOP, FMLA, request for advance sick leave, reports, donor leave programs, etc., for ACCMA.

To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: ClericalComputer LiteracyCustomer ServiceTechnical Credibility Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
