You will serve as an Administrative Officer in the SCHOOL OF MUSIC.
Duties
You will provide advice, assistance, and coordination of a full range of administrative duties including Resource Management; Human Resources; and Internal Controls.
You will oversee the command's incoming official mail, ensuring delivery and routing, and ensure compliance with procedural and postal service requirements.
You will prepare all activity correspondence, maintain, and control activity files, and prepare reports as necessary.
You will draft, edit, and publish the Plan of the Week to all hands.
You will maintain the Records Management program and recall and command rosters.
You will ensure all administrative supplies are adequately stocked for entire command usage.
You will serve as Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) and Command Leave Administrator (CLA).
You will oversee the Administrative Team (manage timecard/SLDCADA).
You will maintain access to C2 official Information Exchange (message traffic).
You will process Awards and Fitness Reports in BUPERS Online.
You will serve as Command Coordinator of Managers Internal Control Process.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing and facilitating the execution of administrative services, administrative analysis, periodic reporting, and manpower oversight.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
