This position serves as a program analyst for the Office of Airports (ARP), Alaskan Region, responsible for managing various administrative and technical functions in support of the Alaskan Region Airports Division.
Duties
Provides program support with limited direction of Management. Assists managers and professional staff in accomplishing such programs as; Title 14 CFR Part 139 Certification of Airports, Compliance, Engineering, Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) and/or Airports.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements: To qualify at the FV-G pay band level, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to at least the next lower pay band or grades (FV-F or GS-FG-5-9).Specialized experience must be at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level. Experience must be directly related to the position to be filled which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties.FV-G Specialized experience includes Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Data Analysis Software, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams or other similar collaboration tools. Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet analysis using Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables, and experience conducting detailed analysis of data.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
