About the Position: Laborer position located in Chilo OH within the Huntington District, performing a variety of facility and grounds maintenance; will work under the supervision of the Site Manager, and other higher-graded employees.

Duties

Assist with removing, loading, unloading, disposing brush and painting. Operate motorized government vehicles to transport supplies and/or materials to various locations throughout the project. Able to read and follow both oral and written instructions. Perform maintenance on vehicles. Opening and unpacking cartons. Custodial duties such as sweeping and emptying trash. Occasional use of simple hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Requirement of a valid State motor vehicle operator's license.
• Pre-employment physical required.

The work involves standing and walking on create floors and uneven terrain.
