You will serve as a INTERNATIONAL TRAINING DIVISION MANAGER of NAVSCSCOL.

Duties

You will Monitor training activities to verify compliance on the administration of the English Comprehension Level (ECL) tests.. You will Identify organizational training needs to meet operational goals or objectives. You will review Mobile Training Teams (MTT) requests to determine the feasibility of an organization's ability to provide the training

Requirements

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This is a Non-Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: INTERMEDIATE.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop internal workflow processes and procedures to ensure the overall training program objectives are within compliance with guidelines and directives; 2) Develop training curriculum and instructional content to support organizational requirements (i.e. schedules, student activities, training request, course testing) for the international training program; 3) Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership on the status of educational instruction and training related matters; and 4) Utilize resource management guideline to analyze, manage, document, and/or recommend financial related matters to organizational leader.
