This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Hawaii is a beautiful state. Hawaii has many outdoor activities all year round including surfing, fishing, and hiking.
Duties
Plans and performs management and productivity improvement studies and projects.
Coordinate and research continuous improvement /waiver issues crossing all functions.
Perform staff actions or conduct management analysis reviews which influence policy decisions involving garrison management.
Resolves unusually complex problems requiring extensive research and analysis of data.
Provides status updates to supervisors as appropriate or as requested. Compiles and retains substantiating work papers and after-action packages encompassing the execution and follow-on required actions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires temporary duty travel (TDY) of 10%.
- This position requires a secret clearance.
