Duties
The United States Space Force (USSF) at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, CO is searching for a Operations and Test Specialist, 21 CS (NH-0301-03, GS12/13 equivalent).
Description:
Searching for Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment and Space Test Manager. Candidate will utilize knowledge of the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment architecture to configure systems for testing. Directs personnel in numerous work centers worldwide in the configuration of Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment missile warning tests to include Test Control and 21st Comm Squadron personnel, 55th Comm Squadron (Offutt AFB), personnel at Delta 4's missile warning radar sensors, personnel at all of the Space Based Infrared System sites, personnel at all of the forward users: the National Military Command Center (Pentagon), the Alternate National Military Command Center at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, Pacific Command (Hawaii), the Canadian National Defence Command Center (Ottawa), the United Kingdom Missile Warning Center, Strategic Command's Global Operations Center and Software Development and Test Facility (Offutt AFB), and personnel at Space Systems Command's Test and Development Facility (Peterson SFB). Operates the Missile Analysis and Reporting System (Cheyenne Mountain Complex and the Alternate Missile Correlation Center), and the Missile Correlation Center's Processing and Display System - Modernization by incorporating these systems into a test configuration.Candidate will utilize knowledge of the space surveillance network architecture to configure space surveillance network and systems. Directs personnel in the configuration of space surveillance tests to include Test Control and personnel at the Alternate Space Surveillance Center (Dahlgren, VA), personnel at all of the Delta 2's space surveillance sensors, 21st Communication Squadron personnel, the Test Requestor's test personnel, and personnel at Space Systems Command's Test and Development Facility (Peterson SFB).
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience, military or civilian, of the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment weapons system and its functionality and/or Ballistic Missile Early Warning Sensor preferred. Knowledge of system isolation testing concepts a plus.

- This position is not eligible for telework.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Top-Secret / SCI security clearance
- Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise.
- Random drug testing may be required depending upon the position being filled.
- May be required travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
