The incumbent is responsible for Coordinates and performs information analysis and dissemination, including access to and distribution of standard and ad hoc reports for the data systems. Provides technical assistance and training to state partners in the use of data base systems. Manages, administers, and ensures. security, maintenance, and operations of database systems. Assist with EISP/NNEI Scholarship program; answer scholarship email inquiries using the established templates.

Major Duties:
Answer scholarship email inquires using the established templates
Create billing letters of new applicants, entering colleges/universities/3rd party vendors in VISTA
Creating SF 182s for FY fund obligations
Entering 1358s for fund obligations for Scholarship Coordinator's approval in VISTA
File documents as generated via Teams (agreements, billing letters, transcripts, applications, invoices, amendments and other documents)
Request transcripts, obtain information for documents, invoice payments, and audits, and manage EISP participants' files
Assist with contract acquisition

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 02/12/2024.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. The grade may have been in any occupation but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below:
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-07 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: work involves gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of medical center work operations. Work at this level requires the application of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques that frequently require modification to fit a wide range of variables. Studies and projects assigned at this level usually consist of issues, problems, or concepts that are not always discernable by direct observation and analysis. Difficulty is encountered in measuring effectiveness and productivity due to variations in the nature of medical center and VISN programs, reorganizing, to meet program changes, etc. The information reviewed is often conflicting or incomplete, cannot readily be obtained by direct means, or is otherwise difficult to document.
