You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in the Systems and Procedures Branch (TRF 513), Control Division (TRF 510), in the Supply Department (TRF 500) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

Duties

You will develop and administer all required orientation and training concerning the application of supply system plans, methods, and procedures in carrying out supply program operations. You will monitor and manage data work flow. You will provide first line level technical and administrative supervision over seven (7) Branch employees. You will plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work by subordinates.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Based on the official duties and responsibilities of the position the incumbent is required to file the Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interests DD Forms 1555.
  • Assignment may be made to any of three shifts as needed.
  • The incumbent may be required to travel for purposes such as training, attendance at scheduled/unscheduled meetings, participation in work efforts onboard ships/submarines or at external activities, etc.
  • Information Technology (IT) Level II will be required.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with procurements, maintenance, data processing, transportation, storage, and cataloging. Experience monitoring and managing data work flow through respective systems such as Preprocessor Module (PPM), Logistics data System (LDS), and Navy ERP. Experience using an Uniform Automated Data Processing System such as Stock Point. Experience investigating various supply systems deficiencies delays, problems and developing revised methods to resolve problems. Experience analyzing new and changing supply requirements. Experience preparing and reviewing supply system plans, methods, and implementation procedures.
